STEMatch gathers many metrics to evaluate its programs, however the most important metric for the COMPETE program is what our Employer Partners think about their interns. Employer partners rated 92% of the 2025 Cohort interns as employable - and some hired their interns full-time…even though they hadn’t graduated yet!
