You are not guaranteed an internship, but you are guaranteed interviews for internship opportunities with COMPETE Employer Partners.

You will have access to all of the COMPETE program, with the exception that you are not guaranteed internship interviews. However, we expect to sign up additional employer partners through June and will be pulling Foundation Program students into the COMPETE cohort accordingly.

These are 90 minute web seminars in skill areas identified by tech execs as important for 1-2 year college students to develop. Subject matter experts develop and lead the sessions.

If you are assigned a Mentor, you will spend 1-2 hours per month meeting with them. Their focus will be to help you understand the work environment that you are hoping to join with an entry-level tech job.
